International and Professional Cooperation
- • Facilitating personal contacts and reciprocal visits between IPA members and law-enforcement personnel from Russia and other countries.
- • Participation in the organisation and delivery of international events held in the format of “Police Friendship Week”.
- • Studying, reviewing and disseminating best practices employed by law-enforcement agencies in other countries, including practices for the prevention and detection of transnational and other crimes.
- • Organising joint meetings, celebrations, ceremonial occasions and other events.
- • Organising international youth meetings for the children of IPA members.
Support for Personnel and Their Families
- • Providing targeted financial assistance to IPA members and their families.
- • Supporting law-enforcement personnel who have retired from service or lost their capacity to work in the line of duty.
- • Assisting the families of deceased personnel.
Education, Culture and Socially Significant Projects
- • Promoting legal awareness and providing career guidance to members of the public.
- • Helping to enhance the standing and public reputation of law-enforcement personnel.
- • Organising conferences, seminars, professional meetings and cultural events.
Social, Sports and Infrastructure Activities
- • Attracting funding from Russian investors, partners and benefactors to support the programmes of the All-Russian Police Association IPA.
- • Establishing leisure centres, sports and wellness facilities, and treatment and rehabilitation complexes.
- • Providing legal and information services to individuals and organisations, including assistance to compatriots residing abroad.
