On 13 November 2025, the Lipetsk Regional Branch of the All-Russian Police Association, IPA Russian Section, held another event under the joint programme with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, “Regional Integrated Security in the Context of New Risks and Threats”. A round table entitled “Regional Cybersecurity in the Context of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, Adopted on 26 October 2025” was held. The round table was moderated by V. A. Ivanov, President of the Lipetsk Regional Branch. The speakers were I. A. Shagivaliev, Vice President of the Lipetsk Regional Branch, and R. V. Doroshenko, a member of the Association.

The speakers also included A. V. Lyalyakin, Head of the Cybercrime Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Directorate for the Lipetsk Region and Police Colonel; S. V. Zhivalov, Prosecutor of the Sovetsky District of Lipetsk; and S. S. Sotnikov, Deputy Director of the Lipetsk Branch of PJSC Rostelecom. Heads of security divisions at major regional enterprises and representatives of Lipetsk State Pedagogical University named after P. P. Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky also took part.

At the conclusion of the discussions, the participants agreed to combine the efforts of the regional cyber police and Prosecutor’s Office with interested public organisations and the business community, and to establish a standing expert council to prepare for the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime within the framework of the joint programme of the All-Russian Police Association and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
