From 22 to 26 April, the 5th Gathering of the European Sections of the International Police Association (IPA) is being held in the Republic of Serbia at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy.
The main issues addressed at this international forum include:
✔️ cooperation among IPA sections from all countries;
✔️ exchange of experience in the work of national sections;
✔️ presentations of videos highlighting their activities.

The IPA Russian Section is represented by Police Colonel Mikhail Zubarev of the Moscow Regional IPA Branch, a veteran of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. He represents the interests of the All-Russian Police Association at the European forum, which brings together representatives of more than 20 national sections.
